The Hanged Man

This has always stuck with me. Why is George McFly upside down?
And why is he so okay with it? He's smiling; altogether quite jovial. And the long flowing golden hair. The hair, I can't get over it.

I stumbled across this one day...

And my brain jumped to warp speed. (For any of you that actually know me you know that is something im prone to do. Possible design flaw in this model.)

If you dont see it I dont know what to tell you. I see it and now I cant unsee it.(Maybe another design flaw.)

Admittedly my knowledge of the Tarot is pretty suspect, but the archetypal synchronicity is sometimes so obvious we are forced to explore areas we are unfamiliar with.

So if this is a thing, which I obviously think it is, then what were the film makers trying to tell us?

I think this guy was on to something...

But I think he missed who George McFly represents.

The Hanged Man.

I think it's entirely possible the film makers are telling us to watch the films (The Back to the Futute franchise, The Walk, and the depiction of the Towers' collapse on the screen in Marty and Jennifer's bedroom) from the perspective of the Hanged Man.

So we need to know what the Hanged Man's perspective is.

*Notice The Hanged Man is ruled by Neptune.

Notice the future hanged man dancing the night away with Neptune watching over him.

Lets get into Crispin Glover real quick. For whatever reason Glover declined to do the second and third installments of the franchise which left the writers in a real bind. They wrote George completely out of the next films.

Well except for one scene...

So the script was written with out a George McFly except for one crucial scene. Consider the effort casting, make up and the writers had to make inorder to find a Crispin Glover stand in, for one tiny scene that could have easily been left on the cutting room floor but we needed to see the Hanged Man's perspective.

I understand the perspective of the Hanged Man to mean someting akin to this: God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change. The courage to chage the things that I can and the wisdom to know the difference.

The Screnity Prayer. The hanged man has the serenity to understand that there is no changeging his fate/position so he changes the perspective through which he views the world.

So if we were to watch Back to the Future from that perspective what might we see?

The twins (pines/towers it doesnt matter they are the same thing) will be demolished and return as one (pine/tower).

It is inevitable. You can do nothing to stop it. This was probably planned long before you were even born.

What else might me see?

A pussy grabbing casino owning  meglomanic is going to be running things in some dystopian alternate timeline.

This is inevitable. You can do nothing to stop it. This was probably planned long before you were even born.

I recognize the absolute absurdity of what im saying. Like I keep telling you I rolled off the assembly line with a couple of wires crossed or something.

Still, the message seems reasonable to me in some fashion. Truthfully I cant get this movie out of my head. I'm not upset about it. Actually this may be the most interesting thing ive ever discovered and trust me I've done a LOT of looking.

So let's recap. A movie about time travel travel has seemed to accurately predict the most significant eventy thus far in what is still a young millennium as well as predict the rise of the most devisive politicial figure in generations. The story also tells us our elected leaders are actors. If that werent enough it makes a subtle effort to rub it in. It says these things are coming and there is nothing you can do about it. The enlightened George McFly is the only one watching the towers fall from the right perspective.
